About
Good creatives know not to miss the forest for the trees.
But I never understood why that was an adequate measure of insight. The passive action of “not missing.”
But there’s a world of difference between “not missing” the forest and actually understanding it. Being able to articulate the countless hidden systems that comprise it. To widen your view to see how the forest shapes the climate of a continent, then effortlessly contrast your aperture to focus on the human choices that are shaping the forest. To then take notice of the lichen outcropping over there which is, objectively, shaped like a butt.
Figuratively and literally, that’s the world I like to work in.
My name is Brad Einstein, and I am a creative professional who wears an exhaustive—and exhausting—number of hats. Like a Bartholomew Cubbins number of hats. From first concept to final product, I approach my work with precision, pith, and a deep understanding of—and gratitude for—the collaborative process. My professional work falls at various points on the spectrum of getting people to occasionally laugh, getting people to occasionally think, and getting brands to occasionally sound like people. On my worst days I trade words for money. On my best days I try to utilize punchlines to keep our species from becoming one. I like forests, my wife and my dog.
I’ve been a one-man creative shop for the past seven years, working with and for a long list of industry-leading clients. In the past calendar year alone, I’ve held a number of titles, including:
Brand Strategist (Pepsico, Coursera)
SAG/AFTRA Commercial Actor (ESPN + IBM)
Wilderness Production Consultant
Sales Trainer (The Atlantic)
"Man Threatened by Cougar" and various other Video Game Characters (DLC for a popular game I cannot yet legally divulge)
Lawfully-Wedded Husband
